Shipping & Delivery Policy
At One Up Party USA, we specialize in time-sensitive gift delivery and event-related products. Please review the details below before placing an order.
Order Processing Orders are processed after successful payment authorization through Shopify. Most orders are prepared and fulfilled on the selected delivery date chosen by the customer at checkout.
Delivery Method Orders are delivered via local couriers or in-house delivery partners to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, building access, or recipient availability.
Delivery Confirmation Delivery is considered complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Proof of delivery may include courier confirmation, GPS delivery logs, delivery photos, or internal fulfillment records.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. One Up Party USA is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
Recipient Availability If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left at a secure location at the delivery address, with building staff, front desk, concierge, or designated drop-off areas when applicable. This constitutes successful delivery.
Perishable & Event-Based Products Due to the nature of balloons, floral items, cakes, and event-related products, all sales are final once delivery is completed. Products may naturally deflate or change over time, which is not considered a delivery failure.
Lost or Stolen Items Once delivery is confirmed to the address provided, One Up Party USA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
