How do I place an order online?

Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes in most service areas. Choose your city page and select an available delivery window at checkout: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, Long Beach.
What if the recipient is not home?
We will call on arrival. If unreachable, we may leave balloons in a safe covered area or with concierge and send photo proof. Please provide gate codes and unit numbers to avoid delays.
Balloon Care & Float Time
How long do helium balloons last?
11″ latex balloons typically float 12–24 hours indoors. Foil numbers and shapes often last several days. Heat, cold, and direct sunlight reduce float time.

Will helium balloons pop in a hot car?
Yes, extreme heat can cause expansion and popping. Cold temperatures may temporarily shrink balloons. Always transport in climate-controlled vehicles.
